Returns & Exchanges for Patagonia Worn Wear

We stand behind the quality of our used gear and offer a 30-day return policy for items in the same condition as when they were purchased. Please note that Worn Wear items cannot be returned to Patagonia retail stores or regular Patagonia.com distribution centers.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Return

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

    Print Your Label

    Generate and print a prepaid shipping label; a flat return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund amount.

  • 3.
    Pack Your Gear

    Place the items in their original packaging or a durable mailer, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are included.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Refund

    Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our facility, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
